Vadims Pjatrikovs, trading as Photoportrayal ("we" and "us") is the operator of ( ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.


  1. Photoportrayal offers Fine art & Photographic print services, with framing & mounting options for collection or delivery. Orders placed for these services are placed by you through our Website.

  2. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether restocking is available or if we would like to offer you a refund.

  3. All sizes quotes are nominal and Photoportrayal shall accept no liability for minor variations in size as a result of inadequate preparation of files.

  4. The Client accepts that colour matching and the preparation of files is subjective and that totally accurate colour matching to 100% fidelity is rarely possible. However, Photoportrayal will endeavour through the development of its colour profiles to achieve the closest possible match within the limitations and constraints of available technologies, materials, and processes used.

  5. Due to the imprecise nature of colour management, Photoportrayal cannot be held responsible for differences in tone, contrast, or any other aspect of an image supplied due to its appearance on screen. The colour management process is designed to minimize and not eliminate tolerances in the reproduction of colour prints.

  6. Delivery of completed orders will be made on behalf of Photoportrayal by Royal Mail, courier company or any other delivery services at the discretion of Photoportrayal and its related agents. Charges for postage, packing and delivery will be included in the price quoted and payable at the time of order.

  7. Delivery of the goods. We shall send you an email to confirm the goods have been dispatched and shall aim to dispatch the goods as follows: 

    1. prints dispatched to your nominated address within 3 to 5 working days of your order being accepted by us; 

    2. mounted prints dispatched within 7 working days of your order being accepted by us; 

    3. and hand-made framed prints dispatched within 14 working days of your order being accepted by us; 

    4. The above time frames are targets only. 

  8. Delivery Times

    1. Transit Time Domestically. In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days

    2. Transit time Internationally. Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when the order is dispatched.

    3. If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

  9. Duties & Taxes

    1. Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

    2. Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Photoportrayal encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us, as these costs are payable by you.

  10. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Photoportrayal at the customer's expense, and the customer will not receive a refund for the value of goods paid. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

  11. Photoportrayal shall not be held responsible for any damage to, discrepancies in or shortages of delivered materials unless notified by the client within 48 hours of receipt.

  12. Any claims for damages must be supported by the return of the damaged article which Photoportrayal will arrange the collection of. Claims of this nature will be limited to the cost of the order as charged by Photoportrayal. No actions will be taken by Photoportrayal without receipt of the damaged item.

  13. Any non-stock damaged items returned to Photoportrayal will be destroyed after investigation

  14. Due to the customised nature of our products, Photoportrayal will only accept returns due to change of mind for 30 days after purchase.

  15. Should offer codes and promotional codes be published as part of a promotion or should free prints to be offered as part of such a promotion, the use of said codes will be subject to additional terms and conditions presented with the offer as well as the terms herein. Offer codes may provide a number of free prints or a discount on part of an order. Offer codes may only be used for online orders placed through Photoportrayal and are limited to a maximum of one code or standard rebate per user per order. Postage and packing charges will still apply and will need to be paid by conventional methods at the time of order unless otherwise specified
